Ela Excellence Resort Belek, Belek

I recently stayed at this resort, and overall, it offered a pleasant experience with its clean and comfortable rooms, a variety of pools, and good entertainment options. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement as certain meals were lukewarm and repetitive. The service was hit or miss, with some staff very attentive while others seemed less engaged. Additionally, the hotel can get crowded during peak times.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and a great selection of pools, making it enjoyable for families. However, the service was inconsistent, often leading to frustrating dining experiences. While the kids enjoyed the children's club, adults might find the evening entertainment inappropriate for a family setting. Additionally, the advertised facilities like the cinema room were not accessible during our stay.

My stay at the hotel was largely positive, with beautiful surroundings and excellent amenities. The service was outstanding, making my experience enjoyable. However, there was an unfortunate health issue during my visit that affected my holiday significantly. Overall, I appreciated the quality of dining and the vibrant entertainment options available.
